В Крыму уничтожен комплекс ПВО С-400: Not specifically designed for that use but like the S-300 could be adjusted and adapted. The really interesting thing is this is the most modern air defence system they have… and the problem is knocking them out. It seems you have solved that which will already help your own aircraft and will mean that the F16s can really make a difference without being hampered by S-400s — Just wish the F16s were coming sooner. Also probably means the Crimea is going to become a dangerous place for the tourists — it is already all within range of your artillery and longer ranged missiles and now apparently vulnerable to air attack.

What we would need is a patron (perhaps your 1st Lady, perhaps a celebrity from the arts) — we could team that with someone well intentioned from the UK such as Boris — or why not approach Prince Harry — after all he insisted that Ukraine be part of the Invictus Games.
With the joint patrons the two British Charities would share their expertise and knowledge. We could imagine Crowd Funding as a way of rising the necessary funds. And this would have the added advantage that suitable dogs and cats may be found in refuges that are doing so much good work already in your country.
This is a win win idea for your veterans with issues -it is proved to work and I am sure will earn great support from your allies.
